Appointment #1:

A consultation with a dentist is first held to explain the procedure of having a porcelain veneer. The dentist will then ask the patient’s feedback on the look and colour of the porcelain veneer they would like to have.

After that the dentist will take a sample of your tooth’s enamel to create a cast or impression of your teeth which is also know as a wax-up.

This tooth or teeth impression will be sent to a dental lab to mould a cast of your wax-up. After that the dentist will place the dental wax on the mould to see how the porcelain veneer look on your teeth.

Appointment #2:

Once the patient is happy with the look of the porcelain veneer on their teeth, another appointment will be booked to set the porcelain veneer.
